How to activate my SIM Card?

Your SIM card is pre-activated and can be used immediately.

What is it's validity?

Unlike other SIM cards that expire in 30 or 90 days, MobilityPass SIM card is active for a period of 365 days from its purchase or the last recharge.

Can I share my credit?

Of course, you have only one credit on your account that is shared between all your cards and/or MobilityPass services. This prevents you from blocking funds on each SIM card.

Receiving your SIM card?

Delivery leadtime?

The standard shipping time is 6 to 12 business days depending to where the SIM card is shipped, please be sure to plan according to your travel plans.

Shipping to another address?

Yes, this is possible. If you send your order to a friend or family member, be sure to put their name and address in the application form.

Shipping tracking?

Once your order shipped it's not possible to track its location, but shipment and order follow-up is available from your member's area.

MobilityPass the SIM card works immediately worldwide, the price of communications and services is available at "Rates" and within your Members Area..

How to access?

You can easily access your member area from your mobile using your credential, “Surname” and “Password” provided with the order.

I forgot my password?

In case you have lost or forgotten your access information, you can visit the Members Area Log-in page and follow the “Forgot your password”, you'll be able to get back your information via the e-mail with which you registered.

What can I do from my member's area?

Your Member area allows you to view your available credit, your account information, your usage details and history, top up your account and configure your MobilityPass SIM card, your services and your alerts. You will also have access to fares, the Quick Start Guide and the Extended User Guide.

How to recharge?

You can easily recharge your SIM card from your mobile through your member area, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

How to check my credit?

You can check your credit at any time by dialing 187 # from your mobile or from your member's area.

What is the validity of my credit?

Your credit is valid for a period of 365 days, each recharge extend the available credit for a period of 365 days.
